Fioretti to challenge Preckwinkle for Cook County board president

Former alderman Bob Fioretti officially announced his candidacy for Cook County Board President on Monday. He will challenge Toni Preckwinkle on the heels of her widely disliked penny-an-ounce sweetened beverage tax that was repealed last month.
