Former state's attorney Anita Alvarez isn't happy with her successor, Kim Foxx. In fact, she's threatening to sue her. At issue, an interview Foxx gave to the author of a book on sexual harassment in Illinois politics. Alvarez’ attorney Eugene Hollander talks about the looming lawsuit.
