Judge could rule on change of venue in Van Dyke case

Ten jurors have been chosen so far in Jason Van Dyke's trial. Before the 12th juror is sworn in, Van Dyke can ask for a bench trial where the judge alone determines his fate. Legal expert Karen Conti talks about it.
