Federal judge orders Dakota Access Pipeline to be shut down, drained

A federal judge has ordered the Dakota Access Pipeline shut down and drained. It's a huge defeat for the Trump administration and the oil industry and a huge win for Native American tribes who fought the pipeline running through their lands.
