Bowling alley owners sue Pritzker, call reopening guidelines 'unconstitutional'

Bowling alley owners across the state are calling Illinois' reopening guidelines unconstitutional. They have sued Gov. J.B. Pritzker and have asked a Lee County judge to exempt them from the Phase 4 capacity limit.
