It will be a gloomy week with cloudy skies and several chances for precipitation.

After a few sprinkles today, skies will remain mostly cloudy tonight, with lows dropping into the low to mid 30s.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy and dry, meaning no weather-related issues are expected for holiday travel. Temperatures will be mild, in the upper 30s, on Christmas Eve.

Light rain and freezing rain will be possible late Tuesday night into early Wednesday. As temperatures warm into the upper 30s to near 40 degrees, any remaining scattered showers will fall as rain during the day on Christmas.

Thursday is expected to be mainly dry with cloudy skies and highs in the mid 40s. Another round of rain is likely to arrive on Friday with highs in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees.

On and off showers are possible this weekend with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s. Between showers, skies will likely remain cloudy.
