Chicago weather: Possibility of severe storms Thursday night

CHICAGO - There is a possibility of strong to severe storms Thursday night. 

Although it's not a sure thing, there is a risk of storms with damaging winds and hail. 

There's a small chance of a tornado if all the conditions align perfectly, but that seems unlikely. 

If storms do redevelop and become severe, it likely won't happen until after 10 p.m.
