Chicago weather: Sun and clouds on Saturday with light rain chance overnight

There’s a fair amount of cloud cover on Saturday morning with a high of 36 degrees.

What to expect:

There are really more clouds expected than anything else throughout the day.

But by midnight, some rain and snow is expected to push in throughout the Chicago area, but it won’t be a major precipitation event. There might be some slippery roads.

By the time many wake up on Sunday morning, the system will likely be gone. Temperatures will then continue to climb with a high of 50 degrees.

What's next:

Monday’s high will be about 42 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds.

The rest of the week should be fairly quiet with highs coming in a bit above average, which is around 32 degrees for early February.
