Sports Producer: FOX 32 is seeking a talented freelance producer to collaborate on shows with Fox 32 and in partnership with the Chicago Bears. This dynamic role involves line producing and segment production, requiring a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sports broadcasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Line produce and produce engaging segments for Chicago Bears shows.
Write scripts and content for various segments.
Field produce, including on-location shoots and interviews.
Order and manage pre-production materials and resources.
Research and develop segment ideas to enhance show content.
Assist the Sports Executive Producer with various tasks and projects.

Requirements:

News Reporter: FOX 32 Chicago is looking for an innovative Reporter with a Content Creator mindset who can tell any story for any screen. We’re looking for a storyteller who will report live daily on fun and exciting events happening in the greater Chicago area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works in concert with the News Management to develop concepts for scheduled streaming programs designed to maximize audience for the station’s content.
Crafts compelling local content to be delivered via the station’s platforms.
Comfortable in utilizing technology to execute streaming of pre-produced program content
Monitors incoming video feeds and stories of high local interest in conjunction with Assignment Editors.
Appears on camera to host and introduce scheduled streaming programs; ability to host and narrate live coverage of breaking news and scheduled news events presented in full on the station’s platforms.
Participates in discussions about content strategy and planning for the station’s coverage.
Ensures that all content meets the editorial standards of the FOX 32 newsroom
Performs other duties as assigned
