Black Harvest Film Festival kicks off in the Loop Friday

CHICAGO - The Black Harvest Film Festival is kicking off in the Loop Friday night.

The annual showcase has a lineup of films and talks that will take place at the Gene Siskel Film Center.

Filmmaker and coordinator Nick Leffel said this year's theme is revolutionary visions honoring their late co-founder.
