Chatham shooting leaves 2 men critically wounded
CHICAGO - Two men were found shot and critically wounded Tuesday night in the Chatham neighborhood on Chicago's South Side.
Police found the two men, 32 and 35, suffering from gunshot wounds around 8:47 p.m. in the 8500 block of South Vernon Avenue. The 35-year-old had been shot in the back and arm and the 32-year-old was shot in the chest and thigh.
Both victims were transported to the University of Chicago Hospital where they were listed in critical condition.
No one was taken into custody. Area Two detectives are investigating.
