Blue Angels to return to Chicago skies in August
CHICAGO - The Chicago Air and Water Show will take on a different, condensed look this year, according to the mayor's office
The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will be the only act in the aerial demonstration taking place Aug. 21-22 from noon to 1 p.m. along the lakefront.
The best view of the show will be along the lakefront between Oak Street and Fullerton Avenue, per the mayor's office.
Practice runs will take place Aug. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Last year's show was canceled due to the pandemic.
