Chicago Bears' potential new home in Arlington Heights takes another step forward

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. - The Chicago Bears' potential new home in Arlington Heights is taking another step forward.

The Village Board has publicly reviewed the proposed agreement for the first time.

The agreement states the Bears will seek public funds for a portion of the development, but not for the stadium itself.

The board is set to vote on the agreement Nov. 7.
