Chicago man arrested for allegedly robbing Gold Coast business last year

CHICAGO - A Chicago man is accused of robbing a Gold Coast store last year.

Leonard Spears, 27, is charged with one felony count of robbery.

According to police, Spears allegedly entered a business in the 0-100 block of East Oak Street on January 12, 2022, and took items from within.

Spears was arrested Thursday and charged accordingly.

No additional information was made available by police.
