Chicago man arrested for stealing from North Side store 8 times in one month: police
CHICAGO - A Chicago man is in custody after being accused of stealing from the same North Side store eight times in one month.
Maxwell Antonian, 25,is charged with eight felony counts of retail theft, related to incidents that occurred from Aug. 5 to Sept. 2, 2024, in the 3100 block of N. Clark St., Chicago police said.

He was arrested Dec. 31 in the 900 block of W. Addison St. following a lengthy investigation.
Police said Antonian was identified as the suspect in multiple thefts at the store on the following dates and times:
- August 5, 2024 at approximately 8:21 P.M
- August 6, 2024 at approximately 7:50 P.M
- August 16, 2024 at approximately 7:48 P.M
- August 17, 2024 at approximately 4:21 P.M
- August 17, 2024 at approximately 4:54 P.M
- August 27, 2024 at approximately 8:04 P.M
- August 27, 2024 at approximately 8:44 P.M
- September 2, 2024 at approximately 12:50 P.M
Antonian was scheduled for a detention hearing on Jan. 1, 2025.
