Chicago man charged in murder of 34-year-old woman in Englewood
CHICAGO - A Chicago man is facing charges in connection with the murder of a woman in Englewood earlier this month.
Antwon Chambers, 32, is charged with one felony count of first-degree murder, one felony count of murder with strong probability of death or injury, and a warrant issuance, according to Chicago police.
Chambers was arrested Dec. 19 in the 500 block of W. 69th Street.

He is accused of fatally injuring a 34-year-old woman Dec. 9 in the 7000 block of S. Normal Avenue, police said.
Officers found the woman deceased inside a building and ruled her death a homicide. Further details have not been released.
Chambers was taken into custody and charged. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 22 for a detention hearing.
