Chicago murder victim Tommie Whetstone found dead in a garbage can
CHICAGO - Chicago police said that a woman named Tommie Whetstone was found dead in a garbage can on Friday afternoon.
Whetstone's body was discovered by a witness around 12:45 p.m. in an alley in the 8400 block of South Ingleside Avenue in the Chatham neighborhood on Chicago's South Side.
No one is under arrest.
