Chicago Toy Depository seeks hundreds of gift donations for kids on Christmas

The Chicago Toy Depository said it’s still in need of gift donations for hundreds of kids for Christmas.

The organization said on Sunday it’s looking for gifts for 547 children from infants to age 13 and for 162 teens.

The Chicago Toy Depository holds an annual toy drive on Dec. 24 for hundreds of kids. Organizers also aim to deliver toys to kids in the hospital on Christmas Day who aren’t able to be home for the holiday.

Those wishing to donate can drop off gifts at 711 West 120th Street in Chicago. Donations will be accepted between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. each day until Dec. 25.

The organization can also pick up any donations and accept gifts online through its website at thechicagotoydepository.com. All donations are 100% tax deductible.

The Chicago Toy Depository said it’s served 15,000 children over the past 29 years.
