Chicago's top cop giving officers two days off in a row starting next week

Chicago's newest top cop is already putting some changes into place.

One of those changes will give cops more time off.

Chicago Police Department Supt. Larry Snelling has ended the tiered deployment system.

The Chicago Fraternal Order of Police says starting next week, officers will get two days off in a row.

Officers will still be allowed to work overtime.
