East Garfield Park shooting: 2 critically wounded while driving

A man and a woman were shot and critically wounded early Tuesday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.

The pair were riding in a car around 12:42 a.m. when someone got out of a dark-colored vehicle and started shooting at them in the 2800 block of West Fulton Street, police said.

The victims drove themselves to Mount Sinai Hospital where they were both listed in critical condition, suffering from several gunshot wounds.

No arrests have been made. Area Three detectives are investigating.
