Talia Ortiz, 17, was reported missing July 5.
CHICAGO - Search efforts are underway for a missing teen on the city's Southwest Side.
Talia Ortiz, 17, disappeared July 5 from the 4500 block of West 57th Street, Chicago police said.
She's described as being 5-foot-9 with brown eyes and black hair.
