Man, 21, shot in the head, chest and arm in Gresham

CHICAGO - A 21-year-old man was shot multiple times in Gresham Friday afternoon.

At about 5:15 p.m., the victim was near the sidewalk in the 1100 block of West 80th Street when he was shot in the head, arm and chest by gunfire, police said.

He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

There are no offenders in custody. Area detectives are investigating.
