Man, 38, found shot to death in Rogers Park

CHICAGO - A 38-year-old man was found shot to death Tuesday morning in the Rogers Park neighborhood.

Officers found the man lying unresponsive around 3:30 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the back of the head in the 1600 block of West Howard Street, according to police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cook County medical examiner's office has not yet released his identity.

No one was arrested. Area Three detectives have launched an investigation.
