Man sitting at traffic light in Cicero shot in the chest, neck
CICERO, Ill. - A man was sitting at a traffic light in Cicero when he was shot three times, a spokesperson for the town said.
According to initial reports, the man was sitting at a traffic light at Cermak and Central when he was shot in the chest, upper neck and in the arm.
His condition is unknown at this time.
Police are investigating this incident.
