Chicago crime: Man shot in the chest in McKinley Park

CHICAGO - A 25-year-old man was shot in the chest in McKinley Park Friday morning. 

Police say the victim was standing on the sidewalk in the 3600 block of South Hoyne Avenue when two male offenders came up to him and shot him. 

The victim was transported to Stroger Hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the chest. 

No arrests have been reported. Area detectives are investigating.
