The dessert shop offers a few treats that are only available in Chicago, including a Portillo's Chocolate Cake Cookie.

For a savory option, the bakery has introduced the Hot Dog Bomb, a twist on the classic Chicago-style hot dog.

The snack features a bun-inspired bread with poppy seeds, wrapped around a Vienna Beef hot dog and topped with mustard, tomato, onion, green relish, sport peppers and celery salt. It’s then finished with a pickle spear.

"It'll be a run through the garden, but of course, there won't be a drop of ketchup," Milk Bar said.

What they're saying:

"A midwesterner by birth, Chicago has long been one of my favorite cities to visit. Food, friendship, culture, sports, and art - the city is teeming with real people doing real things their way: creatively, honestly, and inspiringly," said Tosi.

"We are SO excited to bring our passion, enthusiasm, care, and dessert . . . YES, even in February! Chicago, we can't wait to show up for you early morning till late night."
