Millennium Park skating rink opens Friday

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Strap on your skates. The Millennium Park ice rink opens for the season Friday.

Friday's opening ceremony will feature a performance by the skating group "Ice Reach."

The ice ribbon at Maggie Daley Park is also being prepped for the season. According to its Twitter account, it will open soon.
