CHICAGO - The months-long search for a missing 13-year-old girl on Chicago's Northwest Side ended Sunday after authorities announced she had been found.
Deangel Pruitt has been located, but Chicago police have not released further details.
The backstory:
Deangel Pruitt was reported missing on Nov. 28, 2024, from the 100 block of N. La Crosse Avenue, according to Chicago police.
Pictured is Deangel Pruitt, 13.
She was described as being 5-foot-2 with brown eyes and black hair.
Police said she was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black leggings.
