Missing 22-year-old woman found safe after three-week search

CHICAGO - The three-week search for a missing 22-year-old woman is over after Chicago police confirmed she was found safe.

Further details on where she was found haven't been released.

The backstory:

Timpestt Kinsey was reported missing Feb. 6 in the 7200 block of South Bell Avenue, on the city's South Side, according to police.

She was described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown eyes and black hair.

Kinsey was believed to be in the 8700 block of South Burley, police said.
