Prisoner briefly escapes police facility in South Deering

CHICAGO - A 20-year-old man escaped police custody on the Far South Side Tuesday night.

Chicago police say the prisoner was at a police facility in the 2200 block of East 103 Street in South Deering when he escaped around 9:30 p.m.

He was located shortly after and taken into custody.

No further information was made available.
