Report: FBI raids Chicago home as part of terrorism-related investigation
There was a reported anti-terrorism raid on Chicago’s North Side Wednesday morning as we are now learning it may be a matter of national security.
Neighbors told FOX 32 that a man, a woman and their young daughter all lived in the home that was raided. They kept to themselves mostly and neighbors say they often closed up the windows so you couldn't see inside.
The man who lived at the home was taken into custody at an undisclosed location. A neighbor told FOX 32 she saw a black SUV being taken away from the garage in the back of a building.
The FBI would not confirm or deny the investigation and CPD referred all questions to the bureau.
No further details were immediately available.
