Taxi driver killed in hit-and-run crash in Naperville

NAPERVILLE TOWNSHIP, Ill. - A taxi driver was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 88 in Naperville Thursday night. 

Illinois State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-88 near Raymond Drive at approximately 10:54 p.m. 

A black Audi sedan fled the scene on foot after colliding with a white Nissan taxi, according to police.

The taxi driver was pronounced dead on the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
