Toddler finds a gun, shoots herself in the hand in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood

CHICAGO - A little girl in Chicago found a gun and shot herself on accident on Sunday.

Police said the toddler, 2, was shot on West Jonquil Terrace in Rogers Park around 6:15 p.m.

She shot herself in the right hand and was hospitalized in good condition.

No one is in custody.
