Tow truck driver held up at gunpoint in Kenwood

CHICAGO - A tow truck driver was robbed at gunpoint Monday morning in the Kenwood neighborhood.

The driver was approached by several males around 3:45 a.m. that stole his property at gunpoint in the 5000 block of South Lake Park Avenue, according to police.

He was not injured during the robbery and there is no one in custody.

Area One detectives are investigating.
