Voters appear to support Workers' Rights Amendment

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Voters appear to support the Workers' Rights Amendment with 85 percent reporting.

Support for the amendment has nearly 59 percent.

The proposal would guarantee not only the right to organize for the most common elements of collective bargaining, but it also would essentially ban so-called "right-to-work" laws or ordinances.
