Washington Heights homicide: Man found fatally shot in head on Chicago's South Side identified

CHICAGO - A 29-year-old man was shot in the head and killed Monday afternoon on Chicago's South Side.

Around 12:09 p.m., police say Shya Clark, 29, was in the 8900 block of S. Justine St. when he sustained a gunshot wound to the head.

Clark was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Nobody was reported in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
