Woman shot while driving on Chicago's South Side
CHICAGO - A woman was shot while driving in Washington Park Monday evening.
At about 5:04 p.m., a 35-year-old woman was driving eastbound in the 200 block of East 57th Street when she was struck by gunfire from someone who was standing near the street, police said.
She was transported to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
No arrests have been made. Area One detectives are investigating.
