Emotional homecoming for ISP Trooper injured in serious Scott's Law crash
An Illinois State Trooper who was injured in a crash in 2021 is finally coming home from rehab. Trooper Brian Frank suffered a traumatic brain injury when his squad car was hit while on the job.
