All lanes reopen after deadly hit-and-run crash on I-55 in Bolingbrook

A semi struck two people who got out of their car on I-55 early Friday morning. They reportedly ran out of gas just after 3 a.m. One of the pedestrians was killed and the semi fled the scene.
