Former Northwestern football players describe 'rampant' and 'devastating' hazing

A former Northwestern football player alleged Tuesday in the Cook County Court in Chicago that Pat Fitzgerald and other Northwestern leaders enabled and concealed sexual misconduct and racial discrimination.
