Former suburban volleyball coach charged after allegedly trying to meet teen for sex

Special investigators with the Lake County Sheriff's Office chatted with the former youth coach online for several weeks posing as a young girl. Philip Bromley was arrested and charged after attempting to meet the 'child' in person for a sexual relationship.
