Lawsuit alleges 96-year-old woman sexually assaulted at nursing home

A 96-year-old woman's family is filing a lawsuit after she was allegedly sexually assaulted at a nursing home in East Chicago. The man they are accusing, who is 90 years old, was caught by staff and is still allowed to live at the facility.
