Selina Hotel in Gold Coast turning into homeless shelter
A hotel in Gold Coast just off the Magnificent Mile will be turned into a homeless shelter by the city of Chicago and the 42nd Ward alderman was not pleased with the decision. The hotel, with 100 available rooms, was acquired by the city after the owner wanted to get out of the business.
