SWAT standoff in Johnsburg ends with suspect in custody

A man was arrested following a 9-hour SWAT standoff outside a home in Johnsburg. Police were able to negotiate with the man who was armed and believed to be having a mental health crisis. He was taken to the hospital; police say charges are pending.
