Chicago woman to testify against own mother in Marlen Ochoa-Lopez murder
A double murder that rocked Chicago over four years ago is finally getting some closure. Desiree Figueroa made a plea deal to testify against her mother, Clarisa Figueroa, after they murdered Marlen Ochoa-Lopez and cut her baby out of her stomach. The baby died two months later.
