Hearing-impaired man files lawsuit for disability discrimination

A hearing-impaired man is suing for disability discrimination. Scott Angel's lawsuit alleges he was trying to buy coffee in Sauk Village when one of its police officers, a Dunkin Donuts and a truck stop forced him to leave.
