Chicago mayor out of town during violent Fourth of July holiday

Violence ran rampant in Chicago over the extended Fourth of July weekend. Mayor Brandon Johnson was out of town until the evening of July 5 on a personal trip, but he said even though he was gone that does not mean he wasn't working.
