Chicago man to jet ski across Lake Michigan to support Get Behind the Vest initiative

Chicagoan Frank Giannelli will jet ski 100 miles across Lake Michigan Thursday morning in support of Get Behind the Vest, the effort to provide life-saving body armor to Chicago police officers.
