Chicago couple creates plant-based food brand: Good2Go Veggie

Good2Go Veggie, home of Shock'N Shrimp, was founded by Andrea and Sah Jackson and is now available at restaurants and stores in the Chicago area. Their products are entirely vegetarian or vegan but don't sacrifice texture and flavor.
