We’re just a few weeks removed from springing the clocks forward, stirring debate nationwide yet again over whether the bi-annual tradition is long overdue for a change. On Thursday in Washington, the Commerce Committee welcomed experts from across the country to talk about the impact of locking the clock once and for all. If that were to happen, would Indiana be better off by aligning with Illinois permanently? One of the people called to testify today was longtime advocate Scott Yates, whom FOX 32 has spoken to on several occasions on the idea of "locking the clock."
